X Windows poor color and IxMicro Video card

Anyone know of a fix for the iXMicro Twin Turbo Video card (8M model) and poor video under X windows (linux PPC Q4)?

The cursor also has a mind of it's own under xterm.

I have the same video card, I found I got some nice minty green colors when I had the card sync on green (option in the IXMicro control panel), you could try turning that off in the MacOS, and see if that helps, or if there is a LinuxPPC equivelent, try that.
