NIC - detection/configuration

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I've been playing around with linux on my G3 tower (beige). Currently using yellow dog linux distro.

I've installed a Linksys Fast Ethernet 10/100 NIC to attempt to IP Masq but for some reason it won't detect the card.

Any help on where to start is much appreciated.

Thanks, problem solved...reinstalled and it detected both eth0 and eth1 devices...
