I installed RedHat7.1 with KDE. As root I add a user by "useradd" command in the command line and use "passwd" command to give him a password. Then I relogged as the just created user and startx to enter KDE. But to my surprise, there is nothing in the bottom bar except the time clock. It never happens to root and an other user I created during the installation. I'd like to know what to do.
