How to get monitors on desktop?

I've seen screenshots of people's desktops. They have monitors of Processes, CPU, Eth0, and Mem, Where do i go to get those differen't monitors?

At freshmeat you will find (http://freshmeat.net/browse/778/) 71 projects in the category X11:monitoring and a whole lot more under networking for instance. There's sourceforge (http://www.sourceforge.net), too and searching (http://www.google.com/linux?site=search&restrict=linux&hl=en&lr=&safe=off&q=monitoring+app&btnG=Google+Search) google.com/linux gives you 2810 hits.
The one program you might have seen most often is gkrellm (http://web.wt.net/~billw/gkrellm/gkrellm.html).
