i have installed cdroast, but when i enter setup and try to configure the cd/reader, it only offers the cd-rw as an option, not my dvd player. what i dont understand is that i can currently mount both cd drives.
any help would be greatly appreciated

you may need to set the DVD player up as a scsi device to, this means changing the link from /dev/ideX to /dev/scdX and add the DVD drive to the lilo entry, i.e. hdX=ide-scsi
