Can't link to it, as most of ABCNews' site is now java based, but it's found directly off of the homepage, then "today on ABC", then "Webcast."

Is Red Hat the company to compete with Microsoft? Red Hat's Linux open source programs are showing incredible growth in the operating system market. Matthew Szulik, president and CEO of Red Hat, joins Sam's Tuesday Webcast. Watch live at 12:30 p.m. ET or on demand anytime afterward.

As it is with RH7 stability they surely soon are competing with MS.

i've seen so many people in chat rooms say stuff like "my Linux 7.0 isn't liking this new RPM such and such". I guess after so many years of just plain windows, people are having a hard time getting used to the idea that there are multiple implementations of the same thing.

OTH, i think ABCNews's post there was more of a typo that didn't get caught by the editor. if you change "Red Hat's Linux open source..." to "Red Hat Linux's open source..." it makes alot more sense to Linux users. altho, i don't know exactly what programs they are referring to, IIRC, redhat hasn't really put out any programs to speak of.
