Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : Keyboard shortcut to switch resolutions?

I'm running Mandrake 8 with KDE and somehow my screen got all messed up. The screen works fine until it boots into KDE, that's when it changes resolution and I can't see a thing cause it's all distorted.

Is there a keyboard shortcut to change resolutions or enter a safe mode (like windows)? If not how can I resolve this? I've tried ctrl-alt-delete but that brings me to the black screen with tux in the top left corner, it auto logs-in and starts loading KDE.

Thanks for any help!

Well, provided your XF86Config file is in order and multiple resolutions are defined, ALT/CTRL/+ and ALT/CTRL/- have worked fine for me.
