I installed Suse 7.2 two days ago...went ok but:
although I set httpd_start='yes' in the rc.conf it seems that apache won't start (localhost or 127.0.0.1 typed into the browser gives a 'can't connect to....' error). an 'rcapache status' gives back 'unused'. if I try 'rcapache restart' gives back 'Shutting down httpd failed' and then 'starting httpd [ LDAP Jserv Perl PHP4 ] done'. Then, if I try 'rcapache status' again I still get 'unused'.
Does that mean that httpd starts and then stops for some reason? Any ideas...
