Lost fonts in Gnome

I'm not sure what I did, but was adjusting some fonts, and all of the sudden, I can't see the list of fonts, where you can chose them. Also when I go to the Gnome button in the lower left hand corner, and click the button to see the menu, none of the icons have any fonts describing them.

Any help would be greatful.
