icewm menu icon: how can i change it?

For some reason, my icewm doesn't looks at the menu icon included in the theme, and it will always give me this ugly "linux"-icon. with the icewm i had on mandrake8.1, i didn't had that problem. anyone an idea? something changed with themes? do i have to include the icon in the default.theme or anything like that?
