Need info on this package. Pros and cons.
It is a Debian package. Anyone familiar with it?
How is it versus a Redhat install?

Libranet is a distro based on debian. It is a good debian-based distro like Storm is. The install is closely related to the pure-debian install but, really, while not pretty is not too tough to get through.
I believe Libranet is including kde2 with the latest release.
But really, with debian, getting anything on your system (kde2, helix gnome, or whatever) is pretty much a snap with apt-get... way better than the clunky rpms of redhat and the like.

As stated Libranet is Debian made a little easier.. The main selling point would be the year of email support. Perhaps you can get good support here or on another site, but seeing as how you bought support those guys have to make it work.. (or die trying)
