Mouse scrollwheel quit working

the wheel on my Logtech mose quit working for some reason. how do I reanble it in LM 8.0?

you might want to provide a few more details, like if oyu installed or upgraded any software. Are you using a program to make the wheel work like imwheel?

Hey, I have drake 8 as well, with a logitech wheelmouse, it stops scrolling sometimes for no reason too....but after I reboot, it works fine??? just some buggy stuff with a PNP type linux...be happy it works :)

I just use the default seetings for the mouse during install. the wheel worked fine even after I installed the GF2 OpenGL drivers. Then somtime after messing with the XF86Config-4 file the wheel quit working. I don't remember messing with the mouse setion.

I'm using Mandrake 8.0 and this happens to me also using an ms wheel mouse. Rebooting fixes it, I never did look into the problem since it's only happened about 3 times now.
