Who here knows how to make WindowMaker Themes? or I guess anyone else who know hows to make themes for your specific Window Manager. Why?

I like the background...

I've made 1 or 2 themes and a couple of styles. Although I'm not entirely sure of the diffenernce between a style and a theme as they can both do the same. Mostly the ones I've made come from modifing other peoples, or playing with a background image. Then going on to make icons and resize bars and all the other little bits that go with it.
