Is there anyway i can download drivers for my video card to fix free86 so i can use X with my laptop. I have a Trident 9320 LCD card along with the 11.3" TFT LCD Monitor on a IBM Thinkpad 365XD. If somebody know how i can get this working please let me know. I am curently runing peanut linux verson 8.1 and i have tried the linux for laptops page and could not get any of that to work. I need help

Just so you know that your pleas aren't hitting deaf ears, I've seen your requests for help a couple of times but I have no idea what a solution would be. Aside from phoning the companies themselves (and quite possibly getting the "we don't support Linux" dismissal), I don't know what to suggest.

Check to see if your card is on teh list of supported hardware at www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) - they will even tell you what server you need. Then it is a matter of getting a good config. Install the server you need, and the VGA16 server, and XF86Setup and then run XF86Setup.
