hey guys
I'm trying to install a blackbox theme, and its called inboad, and it comes with a jpg as a background. I looked in the inload style file, and at the bottom is says something like...

rootcommand: bsetbg -f ~/.blackbox/backgrounds/inboard.jpg

The inboard.jpg is is in /user/X11R6/share/Blackbox/backgrounds/inboard.jpg

When i load the theme, everything shows up except for the background, what would i set the path to the jpg? I tried setting the path but that didnt work...I'm still new to linux so i'm not really sure what to put http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

In the inboard style file, set:
rootcommand: bsetbg -f /user/X11R6/share/Blackbox/backgrounds/inboard.jpg

That's how I got it working. Didn't like it, but got it to display properly.

I couldn't get background images working with bb either .. For some reason I don't have bsetbg installed.

If the above didnt' work try using :

Esetroot -s /path/to/image.ext
