Ever since Sensei left, I notice a lot of broken links around here. It's like the place is falling apart, and no one cares.

Are there any answers?

i don't think anyone at internet.com is assigned to maintain the sight

i can only guess why it appears to be getting "fixed"

Man alive, it doesn't even appear to be getting fixed. Was talking to some of my friends yesturday, and they notice a total lack of quality and up keep too. Starting to look like the whole LNO community could jump ship if nothing is done about this.

I will continue to support and promote Linux as a viable (and often superior) alternative to Microsoft desktop and server products regardless of how many web sites or businesses Microsoft decides to buy out or pressure into closing.

Furthermore, though I will continue to advocate freedom of choice in computing platforms, my purpose will not be divided by distributions and I will not be distracted from the goal of spreading Linux by other alternative operating systems.

Are you listening Microsoft?

as for the other forum -I'm there!

After the shake-up at Corel, the close of Maximum Linux, Stormix, recent problems here at LNO, and other mysterious disturbances in the Linux community, I have joined several other Linux BBSs where I will attempt to continue to make meaningful contributions.

I have always purchased the deluxe boxed sets of my favorite Linux distributions. I have also purchased several Linux games, a whole bunch of stuffed Tux's for my daughter, and I will purchase some T-shirts and mugs in the near future. I feel the Linux community has given me a great deal of software and knowledge and I don't mind giving back in the least.
