I was reading your post about your problems with AT&T@Home, and those crazy chargesthat were incurred. If you are having serious problems like that, I would recommend doing one of the following. Call the Better Business Bureau or the FCC. The latter of the those 2 will scare the **** out of AT&T. If you were telling the absolute truth (which I don't doubt) then as a consumer it's your right to complain up the ladder till YOU get an answer. Don't let em push you around.
