How do I install the printer?

I have a Panasonic 1121 dot matrix printer. In Windows, I use the Epson LQ850 driver to run it. How do I install this printer in Red Hat 7.0. I have gone through the Gnome documentation but I can't find anything helpful.

In gnome, select run program and type 'printtool'
