network install

Hi all, I'm new to Linux. I presently have a PI 166 with two hardrives. On one drive I have Win98SE install and I want to install Linux (Mandrake) on the other 3gig drive. This computer is networked to my other computer, also presently running Win 98SE. I have a good DSL line, is it possible to download a distribution to my second box and install to the PI through the network? How would I do this ...thanks...Kaladar
