I know this is not a Linux specific question, but I trust the opinions at this site......

Does anybody know of a tool(either Linux based or Windows based) that I can use to push software to Windows workstations? I have a network of about 90 computers and I don't want to have to go to each individual workstation and install/upgrade software. (So sue me, I'm lazy...) Also, is there a tool that I can use that will do software audits on Windows workstations? Any direction/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I know SMS can do this, we have it set up to where I work.

But Microsoft appeared to be discontinuing SMS after about Win2K, so that doesn't really help you.

SMS also requires and installation of SQL Server ($$$$$!!) and itself costs quite a bit of $$$$$, so it may not be worth it.
