Is the kernel.org ftp down? Does this happen often (it should be running linux, how ironic. ok, ok, don't blame linux for it http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/wink.gif ).
Is there another place I can get the latest modutils (2.3.21) or kernel 2.4 beta?

Yeah, the www.kernel.org (http://www.kernel.org) website is up, but the FTP (ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/) doesn't seem to be working. I prefer to download files bigger than 1mb through ftp, just a personal preference.

Seems like zeus is their FTP and HTTP server both, because pinging ftp.kernel.org resolves to zeus anyway. And, it's up, of course.
