Are they usb devices?

Could you please provide us with a few more details so we can try to help you.

Your system specs, what you selected during the install and what you have tried since.

During the Mandrake install, choose the apropriate drivers. Mandrake 8 is good at guessing the right drivers, but sometimes it takes some guesswork of your own to find the right ones.

Considering the difficulties involved in reconfiguring without a mouse or keyboard, I'm assuming that you'll be reinstalling... and if you're not using Drake 8, you might as well because it's install is way better than previous versions.

Do you have a bootdisk for Linux? If not, then I guess you have no choice but to reinstall. Use the expert install mode and be careful when selecting the proper mouse and keyboard config.

If you have a bootdisk, then use it to access your linux install and manually edit XF86Config-4 and make whatever changes are necessary to get your mouse/keyboard to work. Check www.xfree86.org (http://www.xfree86.org) for the correct devices, syntax, config options you should use in XF86Config-4 for your particular mouse and keyboard. They have examples there for you.

Have you tried to reinstall at all to see if that helps?

Hey I am gonna give up on linux (for now anyway)... I am just gonna wait till i get my new computer in. It should be in any day now. Then i'll install on that one and see if it gives me any more problems.
Thanks for helping,
