Evolution Update?

I'm using drake 8.0 and KDE. I sure like Evolution (0.9) but can't trash messages. I know it is beta and buggy but is anyone having the same problem?
Also I went to the Evolution (Ximian) site and found an update(0.11) for download. When I go to the ftp site to down load I get pages of program text (code?). Is something wrong here? What do I do? Obviously I'm an extreme newbie so please tell me all. Already did a forum search on this topic and found nothing.

I can only help with the download part. Try right-clicking on the file and then choosing copy to folder. you will then get a dialog box asking where to save it to.
