Latest Version of Lilo

If I download and install the latest version of lilo, will it have the GUI select mode?

I believe that a newer version of lilo still operates off of your current /etc/lilo.conf. Otherwise, make a backup of your current /etc/lilo.conf and if it get's wiped for some reason then you can just replace it using your backup.
You should still have your graphic splash screen then because that is triggered by a line in /etc/lilo.conf.

Ok thanks, I'll go get the latest version and backup my lilo.conf file.
