This is quite odd, I haven't seen this on lno either, similar but not like this.
I close out of X back to the console, log in as root, clear out /usr/lib of all libGL* files, cd into NVIDIA_kernel1.0-154, make && make install, cd ../NVIDIA_GLX1.0-1541, make && make install. All goes well. Put Load glx and "nvidia" into appropriate spots in XF86Config, switch back into normal user, startx, get nvidia logo a screen and that's it. It freezes right there. Crtl + Alt + * doesnt' work, but crlt alt del does. Umm any sugesstions.?

ps I'm certain I put agp support into the kernel but incase I added Option "NvAgp" "0", still no go.
