Hello All
I am trying to install Oracle9i onto my Redhat 7.1 dist..and I get a question from the oracle installer asking for the location of my JDK home directory. I have no idea what to put here or if I een have it installed..A find on JDK didn't show anything on my system.
Thanks for the help!

I don't know jack about Oracles but I do know that JDK refers to Java. Do you have Java installed on your system? If not, do you need it for a Oracles? Like I said, I have no idea about Oracle but maybe that can clear some things up.

Mine is in /opt/java-1.3 with a link to /usr/java although it's JRE.

You may have to download and install the Java Development Kit.
