New Box Is Done What Distro Should I use For Quake3 ra3 servers if it even matters :)

well just got done building another box
i want it to be my dedicated rocketarena 3 server for linux
what distro would be best for such tasks
if the distro even matters in this subject.

if hardware specs are important
duel p3 coppermines 800mhz 133 mhz buss
512mb ram
running on uncaped cabel

Any distro, but I would go with Slackware or Debian - they tend to be a tad more secure out of the box from what I have heard. Be sure to lock that box down, and only do remote stuff with ssh.
