accelerated X Could it run a oxygen vx1 card ?

just wondering i got some info from a guy saying to try an accelerated x server for my card. as it is unsupported.

will this work?

here is the card info
glintR3 chip set
32mb agp
its a 3dlabs oxygen vx1

i already have a 3rd party drive that cost me 34 bucks but i need to find out if i should be kicking my self in the arse

I have seen a few oxygen references, and I am sure *something* supports tehm in linux - check the XFree86 website - they prolly have eihter a server or a link to one.

yes the card is supported.The basic X-server is $100.00 GOTO accelerated x (http://www.acceleratedx.com) for more info
