setting up sendmail in drake 7.2

I am trying to set up sendmail in drake 7.2. I think it may be using postfix right now but it is not working either. It says I have an invalid hostname. When I try gethostname() i get a > but get errors when I type something. Can anyone help?

I use webmin to config sendmail that way you do not have to play with the config file.

unfortunately I can't connect to webmin because I am remotely accessing the server. It says connect to localhost:1000 and I tried typing in the IP in place of localhost but no luck. Any other Ideas? Like how to set my hostname correctly?
