Quit all your cross posting already. Every forum I visit, I see your same postS. Geeez

Pick the appropriate forum, post your question and wait for an answer. Besides this post is not exactly a life and death situation.

I don't mean to give you a hard time and I don't want to get flamed for this, so here's the proof.

I, among others would be more than happy to assist you with whatever knowledge we have. I, myself will not help no matter if I have the exact solution if I see an abuse in cross posting.

Remember that LNO is a FREE service. I have yet to see a pay check from here. It is based on the dedication and of people willing to give up some of their time to help others. I have never posted a question at LNO, but I have replied with over 400 responses to attempt to help others. And I am still a newbie. The reason I do not post questions you may ask? There is no need to at least I think. With the FAQ's, NHF's, How-To's, man pages, books and the most important, all the posts in all the forums. That is how I learn.

Anyways, please do not let my ranting turn you off from LNO. Just adhere to the rules as specified by the owners and you'll do just fine.

yes, mdwatts has just done an excellent job pointing something out - it has been bothering me too. Please just pick a forum and post in ONE only. Also, please use the Forum Search (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/search.cgi?action=intro) to look for possible solutions before posting, as well as the FAQ (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/cgi-bin/faq/faqw.py) and the NHFs (http://www.linuxnewbie.org/nhf). Cheers.
