Where are the Kernel Patches?

Can somebody tell me where to download the kernel patches from. I see the full blown 2.2.x files for the kernel. However, I was told that a patch file can be used to get me caught up.

OK, I found them I was too fast and did not scroll down to the bottom of that directory.
