I need to know how to go about 'mapping' network drives. Under Win9x/NT, I use it all the time, and have become quite attached to the idea. I can't figure out how to do it under linux. I tried to find the info in old posts and NHFs, but I can't find anything. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.

Here are the details:
Mandrake 7.2->Windows98
PIII 450, 256MB, on 100baseT LAN

I can access the drives through Konqueror, and manipulate files across the network, but I need to be able to mount remote drives. Seems like a good thing to know how to do, even if my reasons for needing to know aren't terribly earth-shattering. The Win98 box has a HD with all my MP3's, and I want to be able to add them to my XMMS play-list.

Take a look at the NHF for samba, it should do everything you want to. I had it running in a about an hour or so using the NHF.

Cool, I'll give it a shot.
