Setting Up A Printer

Ok, I'm a total newbie. I have no clue on how to set anything up in Linux. I am running Red Hat Linux ver. 7. I am trying to (1) set up a printer, and (2) set up a file and print server to two other windows boxes. Can anybody help???

that depends on what printer you have ?!?!?

but to start off, get cups (common unix printing system) at www.cups.org (http://www.cups.org) ... install the rpm, and go into netscape to the address: localhost:631
... which is the configuration for cups..
