A friend of mine is having this trouble: He installed SuSe,
and now the console doesn't fit in his monitor. It's too big.
What could be the problem? Any help?

I assume you mean that X doesn't all fit on the screen, and he can use his mouse to scroll around.
That's called a "Virtual Desktop". It's supposed to be "cool." Obviously, it's not.
Here's how it works: if you've defined a 1024X760 mode in X, but you're currently running at 800X600, then your desktop will be 1024X760 in size, meaning it "won't all fit."
This is NOT a bug, it's a feature, it's just an incredibly annoying one.
You can either edit your XF86Config file directly and remove any video modes higher than the one you'er using, or you can reconfigure X and make sure the video mode you want to run in is the highest one defined.

Oops thats a wrong assumption.Actually the actual Command prompt( the right term?? ) not the X term is BIG.there is no X involved here juz plain ol' prompt that u get on normal boot up without the X.
