i want to read newsgroups...

but i have no idea where to begin.

i know i have a couple of newsreaders installed because they installed with linux. you don't have to pay to read newsgroups, do you?

you have no idea how little about this i acutally know...

well if your isp provides newsgroups no you do not have to pay to read them all you need to do is find out from your isp what their newsgroup server is and enter that info into one of the programs.
