i am running rh6.1, printtool configured my hp deskjet400 just fine and i can print from the bash shell however, Applix, Staroffice, Netscape or ANY X application will not print properly, the printer just prints some garbage and locks up, using PCL instead of PostSCript works a bit better but still won't print the document, just some control codes in applix...can someone help????
