Netscape 6 and flash

I have Netscape 6 installed and working, but I can't get flash working.

I have copied the flash plugins (libflashplayer.so and ShockwaveFlash.class) into my netscape/plugins folder and Netscape 6, does not recognize that they are there. I even went so far as to remove the libnullplugin.so- and that just got me a screen that said no plugins installed. Is there something special that I need to do to get flash to work with Netscape 6.

Is there some configuration file that I am missing?

The only thing that should need to be done, as far as I know, is copying the two files that you mentioned into the plugins directory.

All that I can think is to make sure that the plugins directory you are copying to is the one for Netscape 6 and not another version of Netscape. Also make sure you restart your browser after you copy the plugins.
