Hey guys,

I'm basing this question on the fact that there are probably at least a few of you like me who have to work on a Windows box at work and I'm curious what telnet client for Windows people around here use?

I've been using Putty to access our webservers for quite a while and have been pretty impressed. I am still curious if there's a better one out there though and am open to suggestions.

So .... anyone have an opinion? :p

I don't use telnet on Windows. Use ssh. There's putty, as you've already mentioned which supports ssh and telnet, and there's also TeraTerm Pro (telnet, and install a plugin for ssh). TeraTerm looks much better personally... I like the cut/paste option that putty doesn't seem to have. If it does, I'd like to know how it's done. :)

Cool. I'll look into it. Thanks.

Actually, paste in Putty is right mouse click.

Is it possible to cut stuff from putty and paste it onto Notepad? Or does it only work one way (ie: Windows to putty with right-click)?
