Hello,
Is there any way to do it ? I tried most things with kstart, and nothing did that :( ... and I don't really need AIM in taskbar , only systray : )

if you mean you want a shortcut in your kde taskbar, just right click on it and select "add", "button", "networking" ,"instant messaging", then select "gaim"

no, when AIM is running, put it icon with icons of Volume Controller and KClipboard ...

In blackbox it's known as the "slit". I can't remember what KDE calls it. I think that's what he's talking about. Does that help you?
P.S., I'd also like to know how to put apps there. Right now just Licq uses it.
