I am using RedHat7.1 and I dont like its boot message. The boot grapic message of MDK8 is so beautiful and I have an idea. Can the /boot/message file of MDK8 be used for RedHat7.1? How?

Probably. Look at the 2 different lilo.conf files and see what they each reference, and make changes, and go. Backup your originals first, and make sure you have a working boot disk (just in case).
