ASLA-Utilites problem

checking for libasound headers version >= 0.9.0... not present.
configure: error: Sufficiently new version of libasound not found.

i get that when i try to ./configure asla-utilities package.


i cant find the file on freshmeat, so can someone please help me?

i am running slack 7.1

you just have to comile in a certain order. (they give you 3 apps to install)

Did you find anything in the Sound section of the NHF's?

They have a couple pertaining to ALSA.
