I have about ready to migrate my current RH distro over to another computer to act as an Apache webserver and/or mail server/DNS. Now, I know that a server needs alot of RAM to handle capacity, but I do not know any other details that I should go by. Any suggestions on what PC would work well for this?

That's a tough question to answer without knowing how much traffic the server will see and exactly what it will be doing. When people say that servers need a lot of ram, it's because the usage is so heavy. If this is just a personal mail, web and dns server, then you aren't going to need a great deal of ram. Having said that, you might as well get more ram that you need since the prices are so low right now.

That is true that it won't have that much traffic. I may have a few mail accounts going through it and a few web pages that is about it.
