Hello!

I have a USR 56k WIN modem. I know it probably won't work in Linux (havent tried it yet), so I am planning on buying Rockwell 56k modem. There it doesn't say if it is an win modem. So I am asking you will it work in Linux. If not which would?

Most PCI Modems are WinModems...
Look for an ISA Modem that will work with DOS... better yet, get and external Modem http://discussions.linuxplanet.com//smile.gif
