I believe you can open it with a --borderless option.

i.e., eterm --borderless

Type man eterm for more info.

The first 'e' of eterm may be capitalized (Eterm). I forget...

thx .. but that's not really what I needed :( .... I wanted to have corner borders and topbar (so I can move it and resize) but no right, left, bottom border :)

is there any way to do this ?

Not that I know of... but there might be a theme out there that makes it look like so.
