Mandrake 8 install questions

Hi guys

I,ve been downloading Mandrake 8 for a week now and i,ve only got 40mb to go (woohoo lol). But I have a question.

The ftp site has 2 discs.

The inst disc and the ext disc.
Do I need to download both if all I want for the time being is the base system and the kde desktop.

Thx in advance for the replies.

No you don't really need both disks the first one contains everything you need for installation.The second one is the extra's one which contains extra software programs such as STAROFFICE and REALPLAYER e.t.c. :D
