Hi, I'm tasked with researching Linux software for "logistics". This would include things like accounting, inventory control, acquistion, warehouse management, etc.
I'm not finding much thru Web searches, but this might be to the vast differences in terminology. Does anyone use or know of general logistics software for Linux?
TIA, Matt

MySQL is one, maybe, answer to part, or, maybe, all of this. It's OK with 50 million records and 5,000 connections, I have read. I play with it some, but have never done any money related things. Many have, however, there are checkbooks out there, and such. The thing about MySQL, there's so many people, what you need to do has likely been done, or something really close. There's also a plethora of books, all over the range of simple to sophisticated uses. Ray
