I am bored!!

I have nothing to do. I think that I will reinstall. I have RH 6.0 & 6.1 on CD and OpenLinux 2.3. Which should I install. Then to kill more time, which windowmanager should I download. I will be running XFree86 4.0.1 and then even more waste of time which is the best web browser, considering I have a winmodem. I need something to kill time. I know I sound dumb, but thats me :-)

Largely out of boredom with Redhat, I installed Slackware this afternoon.

I put a shiny 2.4.0-test9 kernel on it, I just finished downloading X401, xmms, and the latest Mozilla nightly build (from which I post this).

I'm on a 56K modem, so that's my bottleneck.

Now I get to figure out why my soundcard (which worked with RHL) doesn't work with Slackware, even though I use the same kernel version, modutils version, and module parameters. Gonna be a fun day tomorrow. http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
