No idea myself, but just in case nobody else knows, I would suggest you try searching the application database at freshmeat.net

Freshmeat is one of the best (if not 'The') Linux app d/b's on the web.

If your heart's set on Agent, is can be run under wine (http://wine.codeweavers.com/) quite nicely. Pan (http://pan.rebelbase.com) is also another excellent reader - great filtering, and binary options.
Can't help you with the Sound Strem though, sorry. Just what is it anyway?

Sound Stream is a fairly easy to use Audio CD creating app. It automates certain basic steps like normalizing the volume, pop-hiss removal etc.

I mostly use it for moving books on tape to CD.
