need help with netscape

hi, were using netscape for our browser and mail handler under RH7.1. My question is how can i have a centralized address book for all users in our network?
Also, how can i display the date and time of downloaded mails, as of now only the time shows when I receive mails which can be confusing.

please help.

As for a centralized address book, you might try a symbolic link.

Move one user's address book to a central location and give everyong write access to it. Then symlink everone's address book file to that file.
