How do I go about it?
When I installed Linux, I configured it for ATAPI CD drive to install from. Now I would like to add my Adaptec SCSI card and my CD Recorder. Where do I start?

Linux doesn't list a driver for my Adaptec AHA-1510 ISA SCSI card(just to connect CDR, not HD)...I can't find a driver on the Adaptec site, and I haven't been able to find it on any site. Does anyone know where I can look? This is the only thing keeping me from using my CDR.

look for a generic driver, there is probably one that does AHA-xxxx or something. most adaptec cards should be covered, they're a fairly major brand http://discussions.linuxplanet.com//wink.gif

I found the AHA152x driver and I got it to load...but I can't figure out how to make it see my SCSI CDR.
I know that an ATAPI CD is /dev/cdrom, but what the hell is a SCSI CDR?
I'm having a hell of a time messing with this http://discussions.linuxplanet.com//smile.gif
